It didn't seem like much at the time, everyone of color knew it was less than white counterparts at white ad agencies were getting, but it was something. <br /><br />Then McDonald's started shifting those crumbs to the pile of money white agencies were getting, under the guise of "Total Market." Which just means, "White ad agencies got the total funds and resources." <br /><br />Now McDonald's has their dedicated agency "We Are Unlimited," which translates to "We send unlimited work to white teams drawn from all the white agencies that used to get most of the work anyway."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
