NOTHING? And have to watch fewer and fewer minorities given a chance, or a promotion, or even consideration? <br /><br />AND, on top of it all, we have to pretend that hiring someone on a work visa who can't quite speak English fully yet, or who has never interacted with anyone Black in their life, is going to help with #BlackLivesMatter and getting more POC into the very agencies that control how POC are seen and perceived in America? <br /><br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
