It'll be a casting-only solution, of course. They'll need to be content with surface level diversity. <br /><br />That is, if the ad industry crowd takes disability issues as seriously as they take ethnic diversity. <br /><br />If, however, the industry treats disabilities like (white female) gender diversity, there will be plenty of initiatives and goals and expenditures to actually hire disabled ad agency staff into agency positions at the same time they cast them in advertising. <br /><br />That's the fundamental difference between how the ad world approaches certain kinds of diversity that are obviously more important to them. <br /><br />watchernoreply@blogger.com
