There aren't a lot of them. MAIP success stories are great the first few years, then they drop out and no one knows where they're going, or why. <br /><br />I read that graduate school thesis, about what goes on inside MAIP programs at agencies, and it's spot-on. Lots of promising prospects that get shunted aside because someone white's brother, cousin, friend, babysitter needs to be hired first, and then bitches and moans about the minorities taking all the jobs.<br /><br />I hope things go well for this guy, and he gets where he's going.
