GM is asking for change and choosing seemingly diverse agencies. <br /><br />What I suspect is going to happen though, is Erich & Kallman, based in an almost all-white city, will hire and favor white people just like them. <br /><br />Joan will declare diversity success by virtue of being white woman owned, and hire and favor mostly white women and white men. <br /><br />The Community will continue to hire and favor white South Americans and Spaniards.<br /><br />They'll still have a slightly better "diversity' record than the agencies General Mills has been using, the only difference is they won't be under the microscope and asked to hire or use anyone diverse beyond themselves at that surface level. exAORnoreply@blogger.com
