When I was appointed (or should I say 'annointed') the position of first black creative director for a southern ivy university, 'the man' said to me with a smile on his big red face "I've hit the jackpot!...two, two*, two minorites in one!"
*I inserted the blatant commercial reference for effect because at the time, I looked for the camera.
