i worked at a joint that kept this one black guy on staff as... the driver. swear to God. He was Driving miss Daisy in real life. this industry is so sad, its surreal most days.
I fear that "globalization" is another hurdle yet. Much easier to hire the web designer from Brazil or Turkmenistan than to actually find an American minority and give them a break
