Gotham displays a diversity statement, diversity ads and diversity partners. The place even uses the name Gothamsity—which stands for Gotham + Diversity—for its internal initiative to build inclusiveness.
The interview was set up. I told them that I look forward to meeting them. Also, I mentioned my disability (for the sake of being upfront). Suddenly, my appointment was cancelled. Never hear from them again.
