Just caught this 1-year-old Hebrew National commercial and felt compelled to comment. The YouTube listing boasts the spot from SapientNitro “was directed by the online comedy phenomenon behind the new HBO series Funny or Die, Jeremy Konner…” Um, has Funny or Die produced anything funny yet? Also, basing an entire commercial on a bug-eyed Black man only demonstrates that digital agencies should not be allowed to create TV spots.
