Ads for feminine hygiene products should not contain the term “goin’ down” in the headline. Just a thought.

  2. Well, it's deliberate, but probably not for the reason you think. It's likely the "Black" version, where the minority shop had to use the existing image and try to make it culturally relevant with language. Note the other heavy-handed copy.

  3. Egads. I think "personal products" of this kind usually are super challenging to write for, obviously, and I think too often people forget words and phrases double meanings.
