Every year, DiversityInc presents its Top 50 Companies for Diversity® list. It’s no surprise that advertising agencies and global marketing networks never make the lineup. Yet it is perplexing to see the major corporations being honored. How can these advertisers be so committed to diversity, but so willing to partner with an industry whose lack of inclusiveness has inspired a potential class-action lawsuit?
