It’s always perplexing to see firms producing Mad Men rip-offs. Forget the fact that the tired, outdated concept has been done to death. Given that the AMC series essentially confirms the rampant exclusivity and discrimination that persists in the industry, isn’t this type of homage similar to celebrating the Confederacy or Nazism?
