Coors Light speaks to Latinos pretty much the way it speaks to all other demographics—via gratuitous shots of chicks in bikinis peppered with sophomoric sexual innuendos. This Sexy Chica commercial depicts a hottie dealing with a large sack. Of ice. She even breaks out of her Spanish dialogue to deliver lines like, “So don’t be afraid to bang it around”—presumably for crossover appeal. And there’s an interactive component that leads to more of the same. Since being uploaded about a month ago, the spot has only generated under 3,500 views. Critique: Chica está mucho skinny. The sack dance would have generated greater jiggling with a Sofia Vergara or Salma Hayek lookalike. Hey, if Old Navy can feature a Kim Kardashian wannabe, why not?
