Nigella Lawson’s husband threatens suicide if she doesn’t take him back
The celebrity chef divorced Charles Saatchi after he was photographed choking her at a restaurant in London. Friends say Saatchi has been calling and texting the 53-year-old begging her to take him back and that ‘her silence has been driving him crazy.’

The British art collector who was photographed choking his celebrity chef wife Nigella Lawson apparently is threatening to commit suicide in a desperate bid to win her back.
Charles Saatchi warned in texts and phone calls that he would take his own life and begged Lawson to call him, according to London’s The Mail on Sunday.
Friends of Lawson’s told the paper that Saatchi appears to have become unhinged since their split.
“Charles has been texting and phoning Nigella endlessly,” one source said. “One minute he’s pleading, the next bullying. Her silence has been driving him crazy.”
Lawson, 53, and Saatchi, 70, who are said to be worth nearly $230 million, divorced last month. Their split was set in motion June 9 when a photographer caught Saatchi grasping Lawson by the throat outside a London restaurant.
