Adweek named Grey Global Agency of the Year, and the accompanying photograph (above) almost makes the place look diverse. But Grey is more White than gray—or any other color. Meanwhile, BBDO was awarded U.S. Agency of the Year, and the accompanying photograph (below) underscores the shop’s Whiteness.

They've suddenly developed a deep concern for black Airbnb guests, which couldn't possibly have anything to do with their biggest clients being hotels that are Airbnb's competitors.
The only possible answer is that FCB has suddenly come to their senses and decided to stop sidestepping people with ethnic names.
Otherwise, they are just enormous, opportunistic hypocrites that don't practice the non-discrimination they preach.
