ADCOLOR® has canceled its annual shindig and plans to hold a virtual confab
later in the year. Hey, now all the hypocritical corporate supporters can make
their tax-deductible donations without having to actually—literally or
figuratively—show up.
Uh-oh. Now there's going to be visual proof and screen grabs of when brands and agencies punt (as they've done every other year) and send in low level interns and toothless diversity VPs instead of any, you know, decision makers who could actually hire POC.
ReplyDeletePlus it'll be hard to justify why they were able to put out BLM statements but magically can't be in the ADCOLOR room when it's a digital one.
