15360: Byron Allen Is Talking Shift.

Advertising Age published a brief rerun/follow-up on Byron Allen threatening to pursue legal action if Madison Avenue continues lying about its commitment to spending with Black enterprises. In short, Allen wants brands to shift 2% of their advertising spending to Black-owned media. He should also insist on banning the use of royalty-free stock photography in Black-targeted campaigns.
