The Advertising Age report on the latest happenings at The Richards Group stated the White advertising agency lost 40% of its revenue—and up to 15% of its staff—as a direct result of Stan Richards’ ignorant comment. So now there’s a dollar figure for the cost of cultural cluelessness.

 

And, ironically, CEO Glenn Dady is charged with getting the firm back in the black.
