This Latino Red Lobster commercial from Wing—Grey’s Latino division—perfectly complements the White campaign. That is, it all stinks like rotten fish. Not sure a waitress would really say, “I love the energy that my clients bring to the restaurant!” A hackneyed copywriter, maybe.

This is directed by Andrew Walton (not Hispanic), the Director of Photography is Jeff Stonehouse (not Hispanic), the line producer is Laure Stevens (not Hispanic), music is by Dave Bassett and Tim Myers (not Hispanic).
Same approach as usual. A big company wants Hispanic dollars, but without any Hispanics involved.
