BEST IDEA
from a General Market agency that can afford the entry fees
WINS
while ethnic market agencies that get pennies on the dollar in terms of budgets
have to make do with other awards shows just for the ethnic market
or
save their pennies and nickels to afford one single entry
but will get laughed out of contention by the judges
because
the budgets are so much tinier than their general market counterparts
and the judging panel is all white guys
and foreigners from Europe anyway
who will say the work looks cheap
because they don't understand the financial constraints
that ethnic agencies in America are under
