This Salvation Army advertisement from Finland is odd with its ‘social exclusion’ message. After all, the kid of color in the group appears to be unhappy and excluded—more so than the kid allegedly experiencing social exclusion.

In Finland, Mannerheim League for Child Welfare seeks volunteers to befriend “immigrant women”—which is probably code for women of color. It’s enough to inspire a mass migration out of the country.
