6071: Mad Mention.
Minorities were invisible but mentioned in the latest episode of AMC series Mad Men. Joan Holloway remarked her doctor fiancĂ© volunteers at a hospital where “he stitches up Negro children.” Paul Kinsey returned from his civil rights escapade in Mississippi and declared, “I think we made a difference—and it was the adventure of a lifetime.” This program is the bore of a lifetime.
