• Last week there were rumors—later denied—that Ronald McDonald was retiring. Now reports indicate Cap’n Crunch is being shipped off. Look for an ageism lawsuit to be filed soon.
• Subway has passed Mickey D’s as the planet’s biggest restaurant chain, in terms of units. BTW, is Jared retiring? Haven’t seen his once-fat ass in a while.
