• Supermodel Jessica White rejected a plea deal for her role in a fistfight over a New York City cab. By turning down a deal for two days of community service, anger management training and about $450 in fees, White will be taking her battle to court—and giving Naomi Campbell some serious competition.
• State Rep. Virgil Peck of Kansas sparked controversy after suggesting illegal immigrants should be shot like wild hogs by snipers in helicopters. “Looks like to me, if shooting these immigrating feral hogs works, maybe we have found a (solution) to our illegal immigration problem,” said Peck. When condemned by his fellow legislators, the moron replied, “I was just speaking like a southeast Kansas person.” Well, that explains everything.
