This Twix Bites commercial tries to explain why the product wasn’t introduced in the 1980s; however, the historical accuracy seems a bit off. Sure, whiteboards have been around for a while, but it wasn’t until the 1990s that they became commonplace in the office. Likewise, while the Reebok Pump was officially introduced in 1989, the shoe really grew in popularity in the 1990s. Not sure about the character’s use of “tight” in terms of authenticity. And it’s highly unlikely a dude with that hairstyle would be in a corporate environment.
