Adweek presented its choices for Global Agency of the Year, U.S. Agency of the Year, Breakthrough Agency of the Year, International Agency of the Year, etc. The photographs representing the firms displayed an expected lack of diversity. Wieden + Kennedy, however, appeared to make a covert concerted effort to appear inclusive—even though they admit being fucked up.

Are there even any multicultural agencies left? Being realistic, they're running on air and cast off banner ads from the general market agencies these days. And pro bono print ads at this point. It's hard to imagine any of them ad the spare cash to pay Adweek the fees needed to be considered, how could they compete with Wieden + Kennedy's or TBWA's pockets etc?
