All diversity initiatives in advertising end up helping, in the following order:White womenForeign white womenEvery other kind of white woman (LGBT, dyslexic, retirees in returnships, etc.)Foreign women of colorThen way down the line, female American minorities. You can see it in any gurrrl power list, jury lineup or diversity initiative in the last few years. Ethnic diversity discussions have disappeared, long live white women getting and staying ahead.
