14461: Predicting Ad Industry Exclusivity In 2019 And Beyond.

Advertising Age published, “Industry executives predict what will happen in 2019 and beyond”—featuring opinions from twenty pseudo fortune tellers. Of course, diversity didn’t come up at all, although one person blabbed about divertsity:

Sophia Amoruso, founder and CEO, Girlboss

“What will come to fruition in the next 20 years is that this conversation with women that seems so basic—where there’s a first for everything happening all the time, which is incredible and history-making—will become the norm. We’ll no longer have to celebrate it, and hopefully the word ‘girl boss’ will be obsolete.”

Yes, in the next 20 years, White men and White women will continue to dominate the industry—and the equality conversation. In addition, urban culture will continue to be hijacked, as the Ad Age video demonstrates with its oh-so-hip backdrop.
