This video created by Lucky Generals for timeTo is bullshit on at least two levels. First, addressing sexual harassment during holiday parties at White advertising agencies by depicting a Black man and ultra-rare Black woman demonstrates a complete ignorance of reality. However, it does unintentionally underscore the added disregard, disrespect and predatory harassment Black women can face in the industry. Second, producing a video to communicate the message is also appallingly stupid—where was the spot intended to run to reach its audience? Call it contextual harassment.
