Glad to see some attention on the Asian advertising out there and this ad being talked about.

I hope I can help add some clarity as to what this ad is about... as it is in Korean. In fact, this ad speaking to Korean Americans is a part of a larger campaign showing genuine moments of people being there for eachother, and how State Farm is also there for you. As in many Asian cultures, there is a tremendous respect for the older generation, and in this case, you’re seeing a moment between a grandma and her grandson with him giving his grandma a loving kiss as he visits - and the copy talks about how family will always be there for eachother. In Korean it is a positive message focusing on the bond of family and how you can always rely on them to be there.
