Campaign published “Meet the industry’s ‘power part-timers’”—showing White women in adland are still waaaaay better off than people of color, as minorities can’t even land part-time gigs in the field.

POC can't get part time gigs?
1) Are photos of ten whites evidence that POC don't work part time in this industry??
2) This is Britain. Blacks make 3% of the population. Add Asians (of all kinds) and you can reach 6~8% of the population, are non-whites.

3) Why it's hard for you to comprehend basic facts?
