That is, a global conglomerate hands ginormous bags of gold bullion to big White ad agencies—who come up with a tiny idea that is trumpeted as award-worthy genius. The description even made references to Cardi B and Gigi Hadid, so there’s a touch of cultural appropriation too.
Meanwhile, minority-owned shops get a few crumbs and must sustain on lukewarm chicken broth.
