Campaign presented a piece titled, “How was it for you?—Some of adland’s finest share their highs and lows of 2012 and hopes for 2013.” The group certainly reflected the industry’s exclusivity with what appears to be nine White men and one woman. Of course, no one even mentioned diversity and/or expressed any hopes for it in 2013.
