Black Pencil Judging 2013 features White people deciding who wins a Black Pencil. (Actually, there may have been one Asian dude in the pale panel.) Ironically, if anyone can ever figure a way to bring diversity to such an exclusive clan, he or she might be awarded a White Pencil.
