I see a lot of these ads in "boys town" and "girls town" in chicago and and SF when i'm in California--where i am right now, in fact.
they seem somewhat stereotypical in that it's as if the only way you can do a gay themed ad campaign or marketing effort is to play up sex. (Who's to say the rocked out dude won't pull some women?)
but who knows?
it's seems to be a touch of the What makes it a "Gay" ad?
