You know HJ, you post a whole article about little kids learning not to make gender assumptions based on a hairstyle, and here you go applying the same patriarchal hierarchy to Bovine-Americans.

Seriously though, there was a kids movie out a few months back- I'm blanking on the name (Barnyard?) which featured a male cow as the lead. Few critics picked up on it.
