AgencySpy posted on more memorandum and dummies from holding companies expressing shock and outrage over the race-rooted events rocking the country. IPG Chairman and CEO Michael Roth is furiously churning out memos—and Omnicom Pioneer of Diversity John Wren is accelerating the memo momentum. Plus, WPP CEO Mark Read is joining the memo mob. Of course, no one is publishing a memo featuring hard numbers for diversity in their own offices—as the reality would warrant a meme.

They had years to do something meaningful.
They could have tracked diversity with hard numbers...
But chose to make vague statements about their commitment to diversity in annual reports instead.
They could have hired POC...
But instead crowed vaguely about their "hiring record when it comes to minorities," never showing the hard numbers that would have revealed that the vast majority of those "minorities" were white women.
They could have utilized POC vendors...
But instead issued statements about spending XYZ millions with minorities, hoping nobody noticed that, again, they counted white women as minorities and spent 90% of their dollars with them.
They could have invested in POC talent...
And instead pointed out how much of their team was multicultural, failing to mention they were counting overseas offices in India, Asia, etc. as "multicultural."
In short, it's time for them to stop gaming and hiding hard numbers, and start the hard work of actually being accountable.
