Adfreak reported on the latest lame idea from Leo Burnett. “Slapshot” is a video featuring agency employees receiving slaps in the face, narrated by a voiceover explaining it’s all part of a program designed to inspire creativity and boost morale. Not surprisingly, the video is a series of predominately White faces being slapped, clearly depicting the utter lack of diversity at an agency crying NO.2.66. Honestly, any attempt by Leo Burnett to fake a commitment to inclusiveness is a goddamn slap in the face.
