If you've ever wondered if the hierarchy of diversity at ad agencies (with white women always being at the front of the receiving line) was all in your head, it's not.
That's the head of IPG saying that 2017, a year that by the way is already half over, is going to be the year for women of color at his agencies.
That means that men of color can stay at the back of the line where they've always been forgotten, and that women of color can get half the attention that white women have gotten over the last few years.
