Choice Hotels International, Silver Spring, Md., named Doner, Southfield, Mich., as its lead creative agency. The assignment, with spending estimated at more than $40 million, had been handled by Leo Burnett, Chicago, part of the Publicis Groupe. Choice Hotels brands include Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites and Sleep Inn.
