7342: More Real Nonsense From Coca-Cola.
Coca-Cola presents self-promotion in typically clueless fashion. Boasting about green initiatives that were likely mandated—or at very least accompanied by tax-saving incentives—seems disingenuous. To state that the company “reduced beverage calories available in U.S. schools by 60%” also sounds suspicious. What the hell are they doing in schools to begin with? Finally, the blurb in the lower right corner about creating “a culture where diversity is valued” is particularly silly when considering the soft drink manufacturer continues to partner with White advertising agencies where exclusivity and discriminatory hiring practices are the beverages of choice. Just ask the co-founder of Coke’s lead agency.
