The new TV campaign for the Discover It Card defies explanation. After a long-running series of commercials starring Peggy the foreign call center representative—dramatizing the problem of lousy customer service—the latest campaign depicts Discover representatives as even more bizarre and obnoxious than Peggy. There’s also a Black spot with a stereotypical sistah girl representative. Can’t find the full batch online, but will post the commercials as they become available. The credit card company should discover a new advertising agency pronto.
